About Strategies XXI

The "Carol I" National Defense University has launched since 2005, the scientific initiative called STRATEGIES XXI and has the honour to organize it again this year, exclusive in an online format, from 28 to 30 June 2022.
The conference has as main objectives the dissemination within the academic community of the results of scientific research conducted by participants, as well as establishing / consolidating partnerships with educational institutions and research, military and civilian, in the country and abroad.
The central theme of this year's edition is to debate on issues related to the security environment, international relations and military art, presentation and promotion of the results of scientific research in the field.

The main panels will focus on the following topics:

  • Defense and Security Studies
  • Technologies, Military Applications, Simulation and Cyberspace
Under the auspices of STRATEGIES XXI conference 2022 we would like to gather and express opinions on the latest research results in the fields of global security and national defense in the context of the contemporary military phenomenon.
